Malfunction Cause Fixing method
wrapper broken • There are seams, breakage traces and too coarse edges in the packaging film. • There are circuit stoppage problems in film feeding motor. 3 . No-contact sensor damage.

• Remove the unqualified packaging film.

• Check up film feeding circuit or change phases.

3.Replace sensor.

Heat-sealing not tight enough • Uneven internal coating of wrapper • Pressure of heat-sealing being uneven. • Aging, wearing-out or tearing of the heat-sealing pad. 4.The temperature of heat sealing is not high enough.

• Remove the unqualified wrapper

2.Adjust heat-sealing pressure.

3.Change the heat-sealing pad.

4.Increase the temperature of heat-sealing.

Sealing channel not right

1 . The sealers are at a wrong position.

1.Adjust the position of sealers.

The position of cutting not right

1.The position of phone cell not rights.

1.Adjust the phone cell position.

The cutting position is far away from the middle of color mark

• Adjusted more phones redeeming volume. (Common type)

• The position of phone cell not rights. (C.D.E type)

• Decrease the phone redeeming volume.

• Adjust phone cell position.

Color mark positions no effect. (C.D.E type)

• Bag length preset value unfit, usually facts bag length is shorter than standard length of color mark.

• The roller pattern has worn-out, rubbing force decrease.

• Increase bag length preset value, let fact length is equal or longer than standard length of color mark.

• Change roller.

Bags can not cut off or cut off partly

• The pressure of cutter being too small.

2.The cutter being blunt.

• Adjust the cutter’s pressure.

2.Mill or replace the cutters.

Film feeding motor doesn’t turn or turns all the time

• Film feeding control arm is blocked.

• Non-contact sensor of film feedinga is damaged.

• Starting capacitor damaged.

• Fuse or power-board brunt out.

• Solve blocking reason.

• Change non-contact sensor.

• Change starting capacitor.

• Change fuse and check power-board.

Temperature of heat-sealers isn’t increase

• Electro-thermal tube is damaged.

• Circuit malfunction.

• Fuse break.

• Temperature control device is damaged.

• Change the Electro-thermal tube.

• Check circuit.

• Change the fuse.

• Change the control device of temperature.

Temperature of heat-sealer is lost control

• Thermoelectric pair opens circuit.

• Temperature control device is damaged.

• Change pair.

2.Change the control device.

No bag-pulling (Bag-pulling motor not work). (C.D.E type)

• Bag-pulling non-contact sensor is damaged.

• Bag length controller malfunction.

2. Change roller.

No bag-pulling (Bag-pulling motor not work).

• Circuit malfunction.

• Bag-pulling non-contact sensor is damaged or the bag-pulling signal cam is far away.

• Bag length controller malfunction.

• The driver of step motor malfunction.

• Check circuit and fix the malfunction.

• Change non-contact sensor, or adjust the bag-pulling signal cam.

• Change bag length controller.

• Change the driver of step motor.

The filling volume of liquid machine is not steady or no material is filled into the bags.

• The rocker of faucet is loose.

• The change of filling material level is large.

• The pipe is stuffed.

• The faucet is in wrong position.

• Fasten the screw of the faucet rocker.

• Control the material level.

• Dredge the pipe.

• Adjust the position of the faucet.

The filling motor doesn't work.

• The filling non-contact sensor is in wrong position; the controlling board is broken.

• Driving motor and filling motor are broken.

• Adjust the position of the non-contact sensor and let it send out signals; change the controlling board.

• Change the driving motor or filling motor.

The cutting motor doesn't work or not under control.

• The starting capacitor of the cutting motor is broken.

• Fault of the wire.

• The stop non-contact sensor

of the cutter breaks down.

• The motor is broken.

• Change the starting capacitor.

• Examine the wire.

• Change the non-contact sensor.

• Change the motor.
